For the debut Côtes du Rhône Festival in Manhattan, I was brought on to shape the guest experience and streamline event logistics. From signage design and event layout planning to guest credentials and security systems, I ensured a seamless flow. I also led vendor sourcing, print brokering (saving the client $$$$), and the production of key materials—master sommelier seminar collateral, event guide booklets, staff apparel, and guest swag. 

Beyond design, I was hands-on with on-site setup and coordination, bringing together the moving parts for a seamless, elevated festival experience.
